Dear Churchill Families,

I hope you all had a wonderful and restful weekend. We are so excited to invite you to our Open House this Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM! We would love for you to join us and come see who the "real" Churchill is.

Here is what you can look forward to during the evening:

A quick note on the focus of the evening: Open House is designed as a community celebration and an opportunity to get to know our school culture and staff. It is not intended for individual parent-teacher conferences regarding your specific student's current academic progress.

This is a wide-open community event, so please feel free to bring anyone who wants to see what Churchill is all about—family, friends, and neighbors are all welcome!

Join us on Tuesday, September 29, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM to connect with our school community! Meet our administrators, teachers, and staff, take a tour of the campus, and discover vital academic programs, athletics, and local community resources. 

The Graduation Party is community-sponsored. Liability is the responsibility of the organizers. 

Calling all Class of 2027 parents and guardians! While graduation may feel far away, planning is already underway to give our seniors a fun, memorable, and safe celebration on graduation night, expected for June 8, 2027.

The Senior Grad Party is a cherished tradition, but it is not a school-sponsored event—it relies entirely on the energy, fundraising, and creativity of senior parents to make it happen. We currently have enthusiastic volunteers ready to help, but we are looking for a Party Chair (or Co-Chairs) to take the lead and steer the planning committee.

Stepping up to lead ensures our graduates get the send-off they deserve! If you are interested in heading up the committee or learning more about what the role entails, please contact Jodie Hoberg at jnhoberg@gmail.com. Let’s work together to make the Class of 2027's celebration unforgettable!

The Oregon Children’s Choir (OCC) welcomes K-12 graders to come sing with us! Learn to sing, make friends, and have fun! Choirs meet once per week and perform four concerts per year. Interested?
