Dear Parents and Guardians,

We’re excited to announce our Annual Spring Festival, taking place on Friday, May 15th, from 2:15–3:30 p.m.! This event is a fun way for students to celebrate the season, connect with one another, and enjoy a variety of games, crafts, and activities.

We’re looking for parent volunteers to help make this event a success. Volunteers are needed to:

• Arrive by 1:45 p.m. to help with set-up

• Supervise activity stations during the event

• Assist with clean-up from 3:30–4:00 p.m.

In addition, we’re seeking treat donations for our popular Treat Walk—think cupcakes, cookies, candy bars, snack packs, chips, crackers, and other individually wrapped goodies.
