Volunteers & Donations Needed for Spring Social at CHS

Churchill Families, 

We're gearing up for our annual Spring Social on Friday, May 30th, and we need your help to make it a huge success! We're seeking both volunteers and donations for our popular Treat Walk and other activity stations.

How You Can Help

Volunteers Needed!
We're looking for 6 enthusiastic volunteers to help ensure the Spring Social runs smoothly. Volunteers will help set up, clean up, and keep the fun going at various activity stations.
  • When: Friday, May 30th, from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM
  • What you'll do: Assist with setup and cleanup, and help run different activity stations.

Donations for the Treat Walk!
We need your delicious contributions to make our Treat Walk a success! We're aiming for about 100 pre-packaged items. The Treat Walk will take place during the Spring Social from 2:15 PM to 3:30 PM on Friday, May 30th. 
  • What to donate: Any pre-packaged goodies are welcome! Think cookies, candy, cupcakes, Rice Krispies treats, snack bags, or anything else individually wrapped.
  • Important: All items must be pre-packaged.
  • When: Please bring your donations to the school office by Friday, May 30th, at 11:00 AM. 

Ready to Help?
