Class of 2024 Graduation Day Reminder

Churchill Class of 2024 and Families, 

Tomorrow is your big day! Here are a few reminders and things to know.

• Graduation rehearsal is mandatory. 
• Cap decorations must be 2-dimensional and school-appropriate. 
• Extra tickets may be released at the graduation rehearsal. Any remaining tickets will be at a table in the Hult Center lobby at 6:30 pm. 
• The community-sponsored Grad Party will sell tickets at the door. 
• Diplomas will be ready to pick up on June 27. 

Tuesday, June 11: Graduation Day Agenda  

8:00 AM	Senior Breakfast	Eugene Faith Center
9:30 AM	Graduation Rehearsal (mandatory)	Hult Center
11:00 AM	Performer Rehearsal	Hult Center
6:00 PM	Class Photo in Caps and Gowns	Hult Center
7:00 PM	Churchill Graduation Ceremony	Hult Center
11:00 PM	Graduation Party* (tickets available at the door) *Community-sponsored. Liability is the responsibility of the organizers.	U of O Rec. Center

Diploma Pickup Day is Thursday, June 27
You must return all school property (library books, computers, etc.) to receive your diploma.
June 27, pick up your diploma at the front desk between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. 
July 1 – 3, diplomas can be picked up at the front desk during summer office hours: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
July 4, the office is closed for Independence Day. 
July 5, the remaining diplomas will be mailed to the address provided on the Graduation Survey. Diplomas will not be mailed to graduates who have not returned school property.
