Graduation at a G'Lance, June 7, 2024

Hello, Churchill Class of 2024! 

Friday was a day of joy, sharing memories, and bittersweet goodbyes. We hope you had fun at the senior assembly and signing yearbooks with friends. The celebration isn't over. We'll see you all one last time on graduation day. 

Please remember that graduation rehearsal is mandatory. Students must attend the rehearsal to participate in the evening ceremony. Email Jill if you have questions: reents_ji@4j.lane.edu.

Graduation Tickets are Sold Out

If you have extra tickets that you don't need, please return them to the school office on Monday. We'll distribute them to students who need them. 

Monday will be the last opportunity to pick up or exchange tickets at the school office. On Tuesday, the tickets will be with the Churchill staff at the Hult Center. Several students have not picked up their tickets from the lottery. Unclaimed tickets will be distributed to students who need them at the graduation rehearsal. 

Your 4J Student Accounts: Save your Data Now

After you graduate, you will not be able to access your 4J GMail, Google Drive, StudentVUE, Canvas, or other student accounts. 

Google Takeout allows you to download your Google data onto a personal device, external hard drive, or personal Google account.

Update Naviance and any other accounts that you have created using your 4J student GMail as a login to a personal email address to avoid losing access to these accounts.

Lifetouch Graduation Photography
Lifetouch provides photography services at the Churchill Graduation. A large group photo is taken of the graduates before the ceremony. Each graduate is photographed receiving their diploma cover and in an individual portrait after walking across the stage. Other candid photos may be taken throughout the event, before, during, and after the ceremony.

It's not too late to get tickets. The Grad Party will sell tickets at the door.
