Churchill Athletics: State Playoff Bound!
Big congratulations to our Churchill Lancers girls soccer and football teams for qualifying for the OSAA state playoffs! We are incredibly proud of your hard work, dedication, and Lancer pride this season. Let us pack the stands and cheer them on as they travel for the first round:
Girls Soccer: Wednesday, November 4th; Churchill vs. Summit HS at Summit HS at 5:00 PM
Football: Friday, November 6th; Churchill vs. Wilsonville HS at Wilsonville HS at 7:00 PM

Winter Sports Begin Monday, November 16th!
Are you interested in participating in winter sports? It's time to get ready!
Churchill High School winter sports include Swimming, Boys & Girls Wrestling, Boys and Girls Basketball, and Competition Cheer.
All student-athletes MUST complete the following requirements before they can try out or participate:
- FinalForms Registration: All athletes must be registered in FinalForms.
- Current Physical must be on file with the Churchill Athletic Trainer.
- Be enrolled in 5 classes and have passed 5 classes last semester
Questions? For specific information about individual sports, please contact the head coach of that sport or stop by and talk with Mr. Hoberg, Athletic Director. Get registered, get your physical completed, and get ready for Lancer Winter Sports!
Girls Basketball Interest Meeting
If you are interested in joining Girls Basketball, there is an interest meeting at lunch today in the weight room.
She Kills Monsters
CHS Thespians' fall production, She Kills Monsters, opens this Thursday, November 5, at 7:00 PM in the CHS Auditorium. Agnes was never all that close with her recently deceased sister, Tilly. But when she finds a Dungeons and Dragons adventure written by Tilly, Agnes will go on a journey of self-discovery, connection, and of course, lots and lots of Monsters! Join us for this exciting but heartwarming play full of sisterhood, friendship, love, and COMBAT. Additional performances: November 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14, all at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $7 for students and $15 for general admission and can be purchased the night of at our ticket office or from any CHS Thespian. Roll the dice and take a chance on this amazing story! Please note, this play is rated PG-13.

¿Te interesa participar en deportes de invierno? ¡Es hora de prepararse!
Los deportes de invierno en la escuela secundaria Churchill (Churchill High School) incluyen natación, lucha libre (masculina y femenina), baloncesto (masculino y femenino) y porrismo de competición.
Todos los estudiantes atletas DEBEN cumplir con los siguientes requisitos antes de poder participar en las pruebas de selección o en las actividades deportivas:
- Registro en FinalForms: Todos los atletas deben registrarse en FinalForms.
- Contar con un examen físico vigente registrado ante el preparador físico (entrenador atlético) de Churchill.
- Estar inscrito en 5 clases y haber aprobado 5 clases durante el semestre anterior.

Reunión informativa sobre baloncesto femenino
Si te interesa unirte al equipo de baloncesto femenino, hoy a la hora del almuerzo habrá una reunión informativa en la sala de pesas.
She Kills Monsters
La producción de otoño del grupo teatral de CHS, *She Kills Monsters*, se estrena este jueves 5 de noviembre a las 7:00 p. m. en el auditorio de CHS. Agnes nunca tuvo una relación muy cercana con su hermana Tilly, quien falleció recientemente. Sin embargo, al encontrar una aventura de *Dungeons & Dragons* escrita por Tilly, Agnes emprende un viaje de autodescubrimiento, conexión y, por supuesto, ¡muchísimos monstruos! Acompáñennos en esta obra emocionante y conmovedora, llena de sororidad, amistad, amor y... ¡COMBATE! Habrá funciones adicionales los días 6, 7, 12, 13 y 14 de noviembre, todas a las 7:00 p. m. Las entradas cuestan $7 para estudiantes y $15 para el público general; pueden adquirirse la misma noche en nuestra taquilla o a través de cualquier integrante del grupo teatral de CHS. ¡Lancen los dados y anímense a descubrir esta historia increíble! Cabe señalar que la obra está clasificada como PG-13.
