Graduation announcements will be delivered Tuesday, April 15. Pick up in the student lounge at lunchtime.

Cap and gown units will be distributed in May.

You can still order your cap and gown, but prices have gone up, and Miners cannot guarantee they will have a gown in your size.

Churchill offers financial assistance for caps and gowns. Visit Jill in the front office to request your graduation gown.

Seniors - Do you have a 3.5 cumulative GPA, will you graduate with 25 credits, and have you completed at least 120 hours of community service? If you answer yes to all three questions, you likely meet the requirements for an Honors Diploma. Applications are now available! The electronic copy is attached to this message, or you can pick up a paper copy in the Student Support Center.

Applications are due to Kari Ludington by May 14 at 4:00 p.m. See Kari or your Counselor with any questions.

After mid-term grades are finalized and reviewed by counselors, the 2025 Graduation Checklist will be posted in the front office and on the Graduation page.

Please make sure you are on the checklist! If your ID number is not listed, that means we don't expect you to be in the ceremony. Please notify Jill or your counselor if your student number is on the list.

We've been getting some questions about graduation tickets recently. Here are a few details to answer some of the most common questions.

Only students can pick up graduation tickets. Tickets will be available during student lunch every day starting on Monday, May 12.

All students will have the opportunity to request additional tickets when they come to pick up their first round of tickets. This can only be done in person by the student. No requests will be accepted through email, phone message, or other methods.

Slips will be available to fill out at Jill's office starting on May 12.

Next Planning Meeting: April 14 6pm, Gryff's Pub

In the last senior meeting, we announced that the graduation party would be on graduation night. Because of a scheduling conflict with the UO Rec Center, the party has been scheduled for Sunday, June 8, at 11:00 pm.

Get ready to celebrate at the Graduation Party on June 8th from 10 PM - 2 AM at the U of O Rec Center! Come out and try your hand at the casino tables and horse races, take a dip in the pool and hot tub, challenge your friends to a game of laser tag, or just come and hang out with everyone!

Tickets registration forms are available in the school office and can be emailed back to churchillgradparty@gmail.com. The email address is also listed on the form. Parents will also be on campus throughout the next couple of months during the lunch break for in-person registrations. 

Also, don’t forget to submit your photographs for the slideshow that will be playing throughout the party! Send your pictures to the same email on the registration form. Baby pictures, senior pictures, group pictures, whatever you would like to post as a memory.
